Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payments. We only accept orders from the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Sweden. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept orders from outside these countries. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Shipping And Handling
You will always be advised of the postage and packaging costs prior to the start of the payment process. Postage and packaging costs are as follows: UK delivery Orders under £20 -- £1.99 (incl. VAT), using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Orders over £20 -- Free, using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day is also available for £5.48 (incl. VAT). European delivery We also deliver via courier to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Sweden. Delivery to these European countries is £18.98 (incl. VAT). |

Delivery Schedule
Your order will normally be dispatched within three (3) working days of receipt of the order. All orders received after 1PM will be considered to have been received the following day. Please note that next day delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day is from the date of dispatch and not from when the order is placed. |

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned within ten (10) days of receipt of the order for a refund minus the cost of postage and packaging. All items must be unused, and in an 'as new' condition. This excludes earrings, which can only be returned if faulty, due to hygiene reasons. You will be responsible for all costs associated in returning the items to us. We recommend that you use a recorded and insured service for returning items to us. Modern Profiles Limited cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Prior to returning an item to us, please contact us at the telephone number below to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Items returned without a RMA number will not be accepted. In the unlikely event that you receive your order damaged, or that you receive the incorrect order, please contact us within ten (10) days of receipt of the order to obtain a RMA number. We ask that any damaged/incorrect items be sent back to us using the shipping method of our choice. Upon receipt of the items, and verification of the damaged/incorrect order, you will have the option of either having a replacement item sent to you, or a full refund including all postage costs incurred in sending the damaged/incorrect items back to us. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights.
