| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payments. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept orders outside of the United Kingdom. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Schedule Your order will normally be dispatched within two (2) to four (4) working days of receipt of the order. All orders received after 12:30PM will be considered to have been received the following day. | Returns Policy If you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned within seven (7) working days of receipt of the order for a refund minus the cost of postage and packaging. All items must be unopened, with all seals intact, and in an 'as new' condition. You will be responsible for all costs associated in returning the items to us. We recommend that you use a recorded and insured service for returning items to us. Modern Profiles Limited cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Prior to returning an item to us, please contact us at the telephone number below to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Items returned without a RMA number will not be accepted. In the unlikely event that you receive your order damaged, or that you receive the incorrect order, please contact us within seven (7) working days of receipt of the order to obtain a RMA number. We ask that any damaged/incorrect items be sent back to us using the shipping method of OUR choice. Upon receipt of the items, and verification of the damaged/incorrect order, you will have the option of either having a replacement item sent to you, or a FULL refund including all postage costs incurred in sending the damaged/incorrect items back to us.
