A: We sell 925 sterling silver, which means that 92.5% of the metal is silver.

Q: Does the jewellery you sell come with a guarantee?

A: Yes, it comes with a one year guarantee against faulty workmanship.

Q: How is the jewellery that you sell on your website presented?

A: All the jewellery we sell, except cufflinks, is presented in a presentation box. Cufflinks are presented in a pouch.

Q: What ring sizes do you sell?

A: We currently sell women's ring sizes J - R (i.e. J K L M N O P Q R). You can, however, also order them in small, medium or large sizes as well.

Q: Can I get a chain or necklace in a longer or shorter length than what is shown on your website?
