Postage & Packaging, and Dispatch
You will always be advised of the postage and packaging costs prior to the start of the payment process. Postage and packaging costs are as follows:
UK delivery
Orders under £20 (incl. VAT) -- £1.99 (incl. VAT), using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.
Orders over £20 (incl. VAT) -- Free, using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day is also available for £5.48 (incl. VAT).
European delivery
We also deliver via courier to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Sweden. Delivery to these European countries is £18.98 (incl. VAT).
Your order will normally be dispatched within three (3) working days from receipt of the order. All orders received after 1PM will be considered to have been received the following day.
Please note that next day delivery in the UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day is from the date of dispatch and not from when the order is placed.
